1992 Rover Mini sprite auto- original unmolested resto project. in Minehead, Somerset for sale

My grandmother recently passed away and I am selling this on behalf of my mum, located in Minehead, Somerset. This was owned by my grandmother for the last 13 years. Previously to that the first owner was another local old lady who bought it from new. Genuine 28000 miles from new. A lot of work has been completed over the years- serviced every year at local garages and a partial bodywork restoration carried out in 2008ish. Engine runs beautifully. Starts and goes although the battery isn't in the best of health after being parked up for a while. Garaged in recent years. There is a big pile of bills including original purchase invoice. Clearly the bodywork needs some love. There is corrosion as per the pictures, although we have just put it through an MoT which is valid until the end of Feb 2016. There is also a slight coolant leak which needs looking at. Having just run a car check I have discovered it is recorded as a Cat C write off on the 12th Dec 2006. This seems to be an error. She had a car park bump necessitating the replacement of the rear bumper but the car was repaired rather than written off- the damage was certainly not as extensive as this would suggest. We are open to reasonable offers.
